1. Introduction

The website https://novalynk.be (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by NovaLynk SRL, a company registered under VAT number BE1020.437.327, with its registered office at Chaussée d'Antoing (TOU) 68, 7500 Tournai, Belgium. NovaLynk is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

a. “Talent Management” form

  • Data collected: first name, last name, email, company, your need, message.
  • Purpose: to respond to service requests related to talent management.

b. “HR Development” form

  • Data collected: first name, last name, email, company, your need, message.
  • Purpose: to respond to HR development service requests.

c. Spontaneous application form

  • Data collected: first name, last name, email, phone, message, CV.
  • Purpose: to build a database of profiles for future recruitment opportunities.

d. Contact form

  • Data collected: first name, last name, company, email, your need, free message.
  • Purpose: to answer your request.

e. Application to a job offer

  • Data collected: first name, last name, email, phone, free message, CV (PDF).
  • Purpose: to process your application for the chosen position.

4. Legal Basis

The data collected through the forms is processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box provided for this purpose before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by email to yana.kalashnikova@novalynk.be. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

5. Retention Period

Data is retained:

  • For the time necessary to process the request or application.
  • Up to 2 years for unsolicited applications, unless otherwise requested.
  • The CV attached to an application (to a job offer or spontaneous) is transmitted directly to Manatal, and the Site keeps no copy of it.
  • The Site keeps no other copy of the forms: they are transmitted and not stored. Technical logs do not contain their content.

6. Data Recipients

Data is transmitted to:

  • Manatal, the recruitment management software used by NovaLynk.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of the Site, and bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) on every form. Turnstile analyses technical browser signals to tell humans from bots, with no tracking or advertising purpose. Transfers to the United States rely on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
  • Google (Google Chat, Google Workspace): messages from the contact form are delivered to the NovaLynk team through a Google Chat space.

8. Cookies

The Site does not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. It sets no cookie itself. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check, strictly necessary to secure the forms, is not used for tracking or advertising.
